Entry requirements

Appropriately qualified, registered healthcare professionals. Evidence of professional registration and appropriate insurance is required.

Curriculum

Facial anatomy and muscle function; static and dynamic assessment; brow balance; health and safety; infection prevention; prescribing; consent; photography; storage and reconstitution; facial mapping; techniques; aftercare and documentation; recognition and management of unwanted effects.

Practical learning and assessment

Pre-course theory, educator demonstrations, supervised live-model treatment and structured assessment. Certification requires safety-critical and area-specific competency. The practical scope is limited to the glabellar complex, frontalis and lateral canthal lines.
